Your journey to healthier, happier skin starts here! Policies 1. Deposit: A deposit is required when booking your appointment and will be applied to your service. 2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will have the option to: Reschedule your appointment (the deposit will be forfeited), or be accommodated if time permits, with an additional $10 late fee. Gift Certificate Appointments Policy Certificate Necessary: You must present the gift certificate (physical or digital) on the day of your appointment to redeem the service. Reprogramming: Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the certificate will be considered used and will not be refundable or reusable. Cancellation or No show up: If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the certificate will lose its validity. Earning Balance: If the service exceeds the value of the certificate, you will have to pay the difference before the service. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. However, if you provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will happily apply your deposit toward rescheduling your appointment.
