Spa Etiquett & Booking Terms Booking & Deposit Policy A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to reschedule your appointment. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit. Following a no-show or late cancellation, I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service total in order to reschedule. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may incur a $10 late fee, depending on availability. Gift Certificate Terms Please present your digital or physical gift certificate at your appointment. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will void the certificate. If your service exceeds the certificate value, the remaining balance is due prior to service. Package Policy All package sessions must be scheduled in advance to secure availability. Missed sessions or failure to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being marked as used. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within the established timeframe. Cancellation Policy
