Spa Etiquett & Booking Terms Deposit A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations Kindly cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit. Following a no-show or late cancellation, I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service total in order to reschedule. Late Arrivals Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require rescheduling or incur a $10 late fee, depending on availability. Gift Certificate Terms Please present your digital or physical certificate at your appointment. Changes must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will void the certificate. If your service exceeds the certificate’s value, the balance must be paid prior to service. Package Policy When purchasing a package, all sessions must be scheduled in advance to secure availability. If you miss a scheduled session or fail to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, that session will be marked as used and cannot be recovered.
